On the national parks of South America
There are few people who do not know the Galapagos Islands and the Atacama. But not everyone knows that South America has about 300 parks, which are not inferior to them either in beauty or in exotics. The territory of some of them are small, while others occupy areas larger than the territory of several states. For a high-speed paved road, while others are not readily available. But their beauty and they attract tourists from all over the world.
In Colombia, Tayrona National Park is located. It stretches from snow-covered peaks of the Sierra Nevada near the town of Santa Marta to the Caribbean coast. The park is home to more than 300 species of birds, 180 species of animals and countless marine life and coral, as the park encompasses coast. Here you can relax from work and enjoy the birds, see the funny monkeys, as well as iguanas and bats, predatory felines you, having been on tour in this amazing park. Surfing, scuba diving, horseback riding, rock climbing are available and offered to tourists.
Venezuela's Canaima National Park. The most visited place of the park, which stretches more than 30,000 square kilometers of south-east of the country is highest in the country and the world, Angel Falls. This park is rich in lagoons at peace, rapid rivers, rainforests, jungles, mesas Tepui, as well as waterfalls, but smaller than the Angel. A well-known throughout the world and the highest is Roraima Tepui, which gives rise to Angel Falls, inspired by Arthur Conan Doyle to write his immortal novel "The Lost World."
Sightseeing tour of the park extremely saturated. You can make an ascent of the mountains, go to the waterfall, watch the wildlife, raft on the river, and visit the Indian village. Most interestingly, land access roads to this park does not. Here you can either fly or swim.
